Saw them live last night. Totally worth the 4-hour drive each way. Glad they decided not to retire.
I can't help but ask if on the drive there or back were you breaking the law breaking the law? If so, you have another thing coming and the cops just may be screaming for vengeance at this point.

That depends what he was driving. Is he a turbo lover?
Looks like you were heading out to the highway a few times just to get there. Did you have to cross any desert plains during the drive? Did you have to take any painkillers after getting home from all the headbanging? Please tell me you drove that heavy duty Pontiac wagon of yours...
I am really running wild with all these Judas Priest puns...
Hey, it was a turbo--our TDi Beetle! Made it there and back on one tank of gas, too. No breaking the law, though, as the Florida Turnpike is well patrolled by FHP.

That would have been stellar. Steel Panther is opening on this tour. Not my cup of joe.
One more cool thing about last night: 11th row. It's nice when you can read the headstocks of their guitars.
Lots of dates left, too: http://tickets.judaspriest.com
The setlist was a nice mix of newer stuff as well as classics: Turbo Lover, Got Another Thing Coming, Love Bites, Breaking the Law, etc. The new stuff is solid, too: http://youtu.be/mhkoNQ-7uRw

NICE.
IIRC, Dokken opened up for Priest on this particular tour. Dokken rules.
best place to be for any concert is just behind the Front of House Position where the audio and Lighting consoles are. That position is where everything is designed from, so you get the best sound and can see everything.
