Dorman makes them.
Any local auto parts store should have one or be able to get you one.

Thank you. I have a Dorman one I've heard the fitment isn't great I've lined it up personally I'm not the biggest fan and I have the engine on a stand right now I'd rather get it right this go around. If I can't find one then I guess I'll settle.
eBay has lots of options, including a new one from summit.
Summit has three options, but I see that none of them have the water pump plate. I see that they're still available although from Ford Performance and not as a service part.
