I've got a 360, but she was paying for the service. I don't have the money to start my own at the moment. Especially since I want to keep "racing" online.

Yeah, I might have been born at night..but it wasn't last night. No RRD, not in the market until the one I own fails.
I gotta admit, tho..considering how little I clean since the woman left (and looking at the dirt in the cooling slots), finding a replacement might be something I do sooner, rather than later.
berkeleying broken timing belt! I have fixed almost everything else on my e30 and at only 31k since the last change it was the absolute last thing I was worried about.

You may laugh, but do you know how I've funded the last two years of Xbox Live? I take my change to Coinstar, then get an Amazon.com credit and order a year at the slightly reduced rate.
Its not much, but every little bit helps.

Isn't that the "upscale" version of the Pontiac Aztec? If so, there's your answer...
Just because you realized at the last second that the turn you are making is -not- the turn you want to make does not mean you can just drift back into traffic. Especially when after you slowed to make the turn somebody else (me) was in the middle of passing you
Due to the stolen debit card, my GTA V preorder was delayed, and I had to pay $4 extra to overnight the thing. If it had actually berkeleyed up the delivery date, I'd seriously consider hunting down the shiny happy people responsible and playing IRL GTA instead.
My truck has a bad throwout bearing! And I don't know how to fix a throwout bearing! I don't have a lift! I can't drop a transmission and put it back in by myself! Or can I? And my motorcycle is waiting on parts!
Did not sleep well last night. Woke up and thought I had wet myself I was so sweaty. I ended up sleeping with the window open, and it was about 55* last night. And I was still sweating. Monitoring the situation closely, felt ok during hockey this morning, but I'm telling my boss that I might have to leave early.
When you get to the bottom of the page, turn to the next one. I believe in grade school, you learned not to scribble ALL OVER MY GODDAMN PAPERWORK WHERE THERE ARE NO LINES!

What kinda truck?
You should be able to R&R a transmission in most trucks over the course of a weekend. Go ahead and order a clutch kit for it (since you might as well replace it while you're in there). The rest is just making sure it is securely up on jack stands and high enough to work under it.
If you're concerned about your strength, then plan on using a jack with a block of wood to take the majority of the weight off while you manually manipulate it out of and back into place.

And have a friend standing around for when you drop it on your head...

Dude, relax, I should be in your system anyway.

Normally that is what I would do, I've never done a clutch job before so I would at least give it the old college try. But I just moved to a new state for a temporary job and didn't bring many tools with me, and I hardly know anyone who could help. So I took it to a shop, should be done tomorrow evening.

Ah. Was not aware of the extenuating circumstances of your situation. Good on ya then.
If you know you can't get your kids to school on time by driving them, then put them on the damn bus.
"I don't understand why my kids aren't successful."
Because you didn't teach them important life lessons like how important it is to be on time. It's not that damn hard.
ECC. Who really thought that electronic climate control in a car was a good idea? I have had several cars with it and many with knobs and sliders. The ones with knobs and sliders never needed me to take my eyes off of the road to adjust the temps or fan... but the electronic ones with all the buttons require you to search for the button and then watch to make sure you are adjusting it correctly..
I really hate them
I took a truck from work to get aligned... Ok the outer tie rod was in fact shot... However it had a mild leak on the front steering rack and they quoted me $800. I said... Hum no. Then the guy showed it to me and I said yeah, I'll probably be changing that on a Saturday afternoon and coming back for an alignment.
The mechanic looked at me... Then said yeah I have the same model truck, mines been leaking for 4 years. Ill cut you a break on that tie rod and get you out of here.
Couldn't we have cut to the chase an hour ago?
I hate the fancy gmail view. All it does is slow down the browser and piss me off. All the categories are harder to get to, it basically improves nothing.
Why is there no possible way to set html view as a default?! I have to be lightning fast while it's loading to select it, otherwise I'm stuck with the E36 M3ty standard view. I've loved gmail for years but this is really bugging me.
ah yes, Cory.. proof that newer is not always better than that you should not fix what ain't broke.
I seem to see a lot of that in the software industry
