I think the hardest part for me was watching her, strapped to a zombie's back, not knowing what was going to happen. The end made it better, but my head swirled around the alternatives, then what would happen if I were in that situation with my kid, and how helpless he was at that age, and and and....
I don't honestly know that I could watch that again. It was brilliant, but brought WAY too many things to the surface.

Sign of a good work of art.
On the topic of how different people can take away different things from something like this. I'd love to see it presented to 3 or 4 filmmakers and have them do a full feature length film based on what they took away from it just to see the different angles that would be presented.
I know what that movie looks like in my mind, but I'm sure it looks different to everyone.

On a completely unrelated note, well slightly related since it's a low-budget, independent film, I recently watched a movie called "Primer" on Netflix. A small group of friends who are engineers gather at the main character's house and work tirelessly at inventing something and wind up with a surprising, unexpected result. I figured I'd watch about 10-15 minutes of it then go to bed but I couldn't shut it off. I had to watch the whole thing.
