I made no money on that trip, but don't deserve any sympathy. They gave me the choice of flying (at their expense), or they'd give me a car. Since it was a 911 Turbo... I couldn't refuse. Burned a lot of gas between here and Northern Quebec – more than I got paid for that story.

yes.. anybody can fly with enough thrust.. but not everyone gets to flog a Porsche turbo across the landscape for miles on end
