Stitches get itches.
You're talking it much easier that I did. 2 weeks later, my bandages were filthy. Because I was rebuilding a 22RE for my 4Runner. I was a bit embarrassed when I went in for my 3 week checkup. What did the old school doc do? Flipped the bandage inside out. Dirt hidden, good as new again .

Mine are looking rather roadworn. Still, with the thumb and wrist immobilized, my right hand has pretty limited utility.
If you get queasy, best not look...
Stitches came out today, and got a new (smaller/lighter) cast. Everything is healing well; pin comes out Nov. 18th.
New cast, now with 100% more sparkles-
Orange sparkly goodness! UT Austin fan?
Thumb is looking pretty good so far, hope the healing continues to go well.

Fan of orange and sparkles...
Cast and pin both go away today. We will see what's next after that.
Looking good. No issues, swelling is going down, and now I start working on getting ROM back, then strength.

That's not bad at all. How are you supposed to pick up chicks in bars?
I haven't had to worry about that for a very long time. This January is my 19th wedding anniversary...
and my wife still digs scars.

I would think Random Access Memory would be more beneficial than Read Only Memory, But I'm sure they know what they are doing...
But seriously, way glad things are recovering nicely!.
