I Likey !
Saw this really nice 1956 Dodge Sierra wagon at a local garage this weekend. Mike was pulling his hair out over the door poppers.

That's because it was on Ebay just a week or two ago.
How have I missed this thread?
Love wagons, and try to have at least one or two in the Stable.
Bought this SW1 new in '93. Developed the infamous cylinder head crack in '07, and made the mistake of letting a friend swap a new head on it for me as a sidejob. He forgot something in #1 cylinder...
Then we got the "Roadmattress" Wonderful ride, and the smoothest car I have ever driven. But the Optispark woes swore me off LT1s forevermore. Shame, as it was a wonderful Road Trip car otherwise, with over 20 MpG if I kept it under 85...
After that there was another SW1, and a 66 Coronet wagon, a '72 GMC Suburban, and an '87 GMC Suburban that I bought right here on the forum. Sold it here, as well, when the trans finally gave up the ghost a couple years and who knows how many 10s of thousands of miles later. It was very good to me, and I worked the heck out of it.

GVW? Adequate.
My first car was one of these I bought for $100. The surprising number of NLA parts (like brake rotors?!) is the only reason I sold it after someone broke a window.
I do miss it though, and if it had looked like this one (mine was just black primered) I probably would have kept it and just sourced a window.
I keep deluding myself into thinking I'll buy it back. Last I heard it was still parked in my buddies yard, and still in my name 12 years later. LOL
