I was listening to the radio the other day and the classic rock station played a song by Phil Collins. I wondered where he went so I thought I'd start a thread on it.

An interesting thing about Phil Collins is he had put together the world's largest private collection of artifacts related to the Alamo, and then donated the collection to the Alamo. https://www.thealamo.org/visit/exhibits/collins/index.html
Feel free to chip in with any other notable folks who've dropped off the cultural radar.
Except for Boy George.
In reply to stroker :
Just because you mentioned him, Boy George is currently a judge on the Australian version of the voice.... He also apparently did some jail time for falsely imprisoning a male escort.....

Why am I not surprised...

What a great and generous thing for an Englishman to do.
I did know about Phil Collins, my cousin is a huge fan and just saw him in concert in Columbus not too long ago. Said he can still belt it out, despite his physical limitations.

I was thinking about this...I wonder if they'll put the museum in the basement of the Alamo (obscure Peewee Herman reference.)
Whatever happened to predictability,
The milkman, the paperboy, evening tv?
How did I get to living here?
Somebody tell me please!
This old world's confusing me.
With clouds as mean as you've ever seen
Ain't a bird who knows your tune.
Then a little voice inside you Whispers,
Kid don't sell your dreams, so soon
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a heart (There's a heart), a hand to hold onto.
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a place, of Somebody who needs you
Everywhere you look.
When you're lost out there and you're all alone,
A light is waiting to carry you home.
Everywhere you look.
Everywhere you look.

Jan-Michael Vincent (the main character from AirWolf) is dead. Apparently he was so drunk on the show set they often had to prod him awake to do his lines.
Kirk Douglas is still alive (102 years old).
Chunk from Goonies is an attorney now.

I don't know if you saw any of the photos of Jan-Michael in his final years, but he was looking pretty rough.
In reply to Wally :
Sadly or not I spent some of my junior high school years watching this show.
Hey hey hey
I’m in on your thread.
Joe Keithley aka Joey E36 M3 head of DOA is a city councillor in Burnaby BC and plays in a duo with the mayor. They perform songs such as The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, Taking Care of Business, and The Hockey Song.
In reply to spitfirebill :
From my recollection he was either banned for being chronically annoying or he got a talking to for being chronically annoying and left in a huff. Seems like he took someone’s death as an opportunity to politically implode. I guess he skipped GRM 101.
