Mmmmmm, Mustard, Collard or Turnip greens!! Great as long as you leave the sugar on the shelf.

And that's the only thing I can think of that's cooked that way, but they are good done that way. As a matter of fact you pretty well have to cook them that way to get them tender enough to eat.
