The one good thing I can see about such a mower is, well.... You know how when you mow without a shirt on, you get sunburned on your shoulders and the back of your neck while your six-pack abs and awesome pecs remain fish-belly white? This would totally fix that problem, except the seatback needs to be considerably taller.
And I'm not sure you could usefully attach a mower deck.
