I've been to a lot of your visits but I admit going inside firehouse @ Emergency?

Best day ever?  If it was me I'd be muttering the alarm noise and squad 51, squad 51 the entire time.

The R1S was ordered, waiting to be offered to drive one by Rivian. You have to be on the order list first ($1000). If she likes it then she will keep her order.

I wouldn't drive that across the country though lol.

There was generally promotion going on, at least on local TV.  Not a huge promotion by any account, but there are always a lot of things going on in LA, so it's hard to have a dominant event.

Not sure gas burning noise makers are as big a pull in Los Angeles as they may used to have been.  The new short course out in Ontario (outside of LA to the east) will likely be a better location to get a bigger draw.

I'm in Long Beach for the week and the rumors of "la" being crowded do not apply here. Its almost like a ghost town its strange.

Here's a link to a great breakfast/lunch place in south Long Beach, Alametos Bay.  The restaurant is mostly outdoor seating and is located right on the edge of the municipal marina.

WFH has made most of LA a ghost town. Us locals love it.

the cottage in la jolla is even better for bfast 

We were very lucky, we walked up, there was one open table, got seated, then a mob showed up.  It was a beautiful morning so we sat outside and thought about not going home.

I remember that you recently went to a party dressed in a Captain Chaos costume.  You're always near the Red Ball Garage but could have had a picture taken at The Portofino Hotel.

I was hoping to get over there but there are so many hours in a day. As it is we returned that poor Sentra with about 1500 miles on it in 8 days.

Lol thats what a typical LA person drives. 

Uber drivers are doing 4o0 miles + a day here it seems.
