Anyone use one? Found a cheapo unit I could try till it burns out (and reviews say it likely will.) to see if I like it.

My wife bought this one
she loves it. Fits perfect on her work from home desk.
My wife has used one. She says it's hard to type and walk which makes sense to me. If you click around a lot instead it's easier. She's had it a few years and still uses it

I used to have a Nordic Track ski machine. I couldn't even read a book while using it. I couldn't imagine trying to do any work while exercising, but if anyone can, more power to them.
