That's the thing, that raise is potentially a large amount for what I currently make. I'm hoping it's under an hour, another factor is I have a lease currently I would go over the miles.
On another note the 15 mile/ 25 minute commute I had sounds pretty good huh. I grew to despise that place, there were days I could pass it up and just keep driving. Four years of my life better spent elsewhere, but I did make decent money for the area. The BS there sucked the life out of a rather easy commute, I dreaded it more each and every day. I had no problem going back to the old 38 mile commute for way more money and nearly zero bullE36 M3. Win.
Closest job ever was 1.5 miles as the crow flies, I could damn near walk there. Same kinda bullE36 M3. I left after eight weeks.
I don't mind driving for the money, chased it all my life. Easy commute doesn't mean much anymore.
About 4 miles to the office, that I turn into 12 in the mornings when I ride the bike. An hour in the morning, under 20 minutes when I go home.
There's about 9 or 10 miles between work and home. Typically about 12-15 minutes. I travel in the opposite direction of the vast majority of Portland traffic, which I truly hope never changes.
When I'm lucky enough to be working dayshift and commuting on a motorcycle it's usually 12 minutes to get to work and 2-3 hours and 75 miles of two lane blacktop and dirt roads to get home. 
I drove 30 miles each way for close to 20 years. 6 and 7 days per week, occasionally getting called back in shortly after getting home. ~30 minute drive in the mornings, leaving home between 4 and 5 am. 45 to 60 minutes in the afternoons/evenings. Mostly open country roads, but it still got old, not to mention piling the miles on my vehicles. That's a lot of hours that you don't get back.
For the last 15 years, it's 4.5 miles, maybe 15 minutes on a bad day, 10 on average not to mention that my 10 year old DD only has 62000 miles on it.
35-40 miles one way. 95% 55mph plus roads though so it only takes 35mins usually.
17 miles each way and about 20 minutes if I leave on time. If I leave 10 minutes later that 20 minutes easily becomes 45 minutes getting caught in rush hour traffic. I go in early and leave early, usually. Avoids traffic that way.
9-10 miles each way depending on route. 20 mins. I consider anything over 15 miles 'long'.
I really want to make my next commute sub 5 miles. Problem with my current job is I wouldn't want to live within 5 miles of work.
used to commute 110miles a day for nearly 8 years. Shortest time one way 27min...longest...6.5hours. Typically 1.5hours.
now I work for myself and its a perfect 20miles. just enough to have a "wake up" time and a "relax time"

1.18 miles down a 35mph road with 3 lights and one 4 way stop. At 7am it takes 6 minutes at 5pm it can take 20.
Mine is currently 12 miles. Close enough to bicycle, but too dangerous to. I used to 25 miles each way. Added a LOT of miles to my car doing that.
Starting June 1 it'll go from 2.5 miles to 5.4 miles (edit - each way). Starting at usually 10:30 traffic isn't heavy but is slow because morons. I'll have to leave at least 10am going forward because a main drag will be most of the new route and I'm sure morons. Right now at almost midnight the current route would take me 13 mins the new one would take me 25mins according to Google. I might regret putting the parking garage sticker on the M/T 200SX. However new apartment soon with 'Ample Parking' (street). Like I could pull the SVT out of the garage save a buck fitty and work at it on the street parking. Well I do that now anyway with the others but. 
And there might not be street cleaning restrictions so no holding down the non-ticket spots or playing move the cars every Mon/Tue. It'll encourage more usage for sure. So longer maybe crappier commute but 'Ample Parking' especially as I get home between 11pm and midnight.
Mine is 50 miles each way and I go in 3-4 days a week. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and drive something I enjoy, whether it’s a bike or car. It’s not that bad if the job is worth it.
85 Miles each way. It can take between 90 minutes and three hours depending on what goes wrong. It can be a miserable ride but the money and health insurance keep me going back.
About 10 minutes on surface streets to the office. About 10 miles to the hospital from the office, maybe 15 miles from the house, mostly freeway, depending on traffic, 20-30 minutes to get there. Not bad, weather is good enough I run with the top down at least 300 days a year.
2 miles. It's great. I come home for lunch every day, there's no such thing as weather or traffic delays.
My last job was 64 miles each way. Won't do that again.
My commute right now is awesome. It's about 25 or so minutes, but if the weather is right, I can see Mt. Washington. Then I drive by part of the harbor. This is Maine, so you get the gist. When I got out of the Army, many, many years ago my commute was at least an hour each way. I lived in Newport, RI and had to drive to the other end of the state. Small state I know, but it was to the other end, the long way. I was driving great cars, a '67 VW square back, a dodge dart, a but eyed sprite, a first year honda crx and a '47 plymouth. The love of driving made the commute great. I also was doing home care pt, so I also drove all day. What made the commute great was learning where the speed traps were and my hours were such that I was able to avoid rush hour traffic. Now that I live in Maine, I don't think I could ever get used to traffic again. I also think any drive is made better by he books on disc. I have a friend who thinks my 25 minute each way commute is long! I really have a great morning drive. Makes all the difference.
60 miles each way, three days a week. In the morning, it's about an hour ride, no traffic. Going home, it's between 1hr 20min and 1hr 40min usually, barring disaster.
Twice a week it involves a flight...of stairs that is. Working from home is awesome.
If the job is worth it to you, go for it.

Currently 33 miles, 45 minutes of mostly 55 2 lane. Last 1/3 is a mix of 30/35/45. Before that was 20 miles of interstate in 25 minutes and 22 miles of 2 lane in 30 minutes.
Clocked it this morning. 12 minutes, 4 miles, 3 stoplights. It’s not bad at all and in the afternoon it’s shorter (all right turns).
I live in a less than wonderful neighborhood but is isn’t terrible either and maintaining my 1/4 acre takes a lot less than my friends who drive 45 minutes in order to afford 2-5 acres.
6 miles each way, 3 days per week.
Approximately 50 feet the other 2 days per week.
