IMO an off the shelf 'budget' gaming rig (ibuypower/etc) will be more than enough for anyone but a hardcore '60 FPS on ultra high settings' kind of person.
Yes, part of my requirement is games like PC2 and AC (when not doing iRacing) on 3 monitors at high settings, that takes a stonking CPU and video card..........and possibly VR down the road.
It will probably be a bit longer still before I do this. I still need to buy stuff for the house I just bought a few months ago and in the next 1-60 days I'll be getting rid of the BRZ and getting a new car.
