The 2017 Classic Motorsports Mitty will celebrate one of the most storied brands in all of motorsports: Porsche.
Hundreds of legendary race cars from around the world, including many wearing the famous Porsche Crest, will make their way to the beautiful Road Atlanta circuit in Braselton, Georgia, on April 20-23, 2017. The main attraction–breathtaking historic racing-will again be sanctioned by HSR.
Off track, the infield will buzz with activity thanks to Speedfest at the Classic Motorsports Mitty. Michelin will again host a full slate of car club corrals, while spectators can also enjoy driver meet-and-greets, hospitality accommodations and the wacky Concours d’LeMons, a Sunday morning tradition.
This year’s Speedfest at the Classic Motorsports Mitty Presented by Hagerty will also celebrate the event’s 40th anniversary, making it one of the oldest and most established vintage race weekends on the calendar. The paddock has long welcomed some of the world’s top machines, while celebrities in attendance have included AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson, comedian and podcast host Adam Carolla, and legendary designer and team manager Peter Brock.
