No such thing as a "1969" Shelby Cobra. Production finished earlier.

What kind of car would the actor who played Tim “The Toolman” Taylor have? How about this 1965 Shelby 289 Cobra Roadster?
The car went through the hands of several owners, including one from Spain who brought it to Japan. Actor/comedian Tim Allen purchased the Cobra in 2007 and had it until 2022.
The seller says the car is “essentially prepared to USRRC specifications.” One other note, it has FIA Halibrand six-spoke knock-off wheels, which were cast by famed Cobra restorer Bill Kemper. Kemper owned the molds and also once owned this car.
Find this 1965 Shelby 289 Cobra Roadster up for auction at Mecum, with an estimated winning bid of $900,000-$1,000,000.
