Sure, a 24 Hours of Le Mans class win means quite a bit. But how about an 82-hour Marathon de la Route class victory at the famed Nürburgring? That’s what this Porsche 904 Carrera GTS has going for it.
In that race, the Porsche 904 finished third overall to a pair of Ford Mustangs. Other class wins come at races such as the Wien-Aspern Sports GT in Austria, Grand Prix de Paris, the Rheinland-Pfalz Trophy at the Nürburgring, Angola Grand Prix, Zolder, and even the SCCA Nationals at Virginia International Raceway.
It is believed that this 904 is one of the most authentic examples. It retains its body (including tail section), seating surfaces and a “high degree of original components.”
