That would go nicely in the garage next to my SQ5......

Just think of this Audi 200 as an old-school DTM race car, but more French.
More specifically, this Audi was prepared to compete in the French Superproduction Championship.
Making use of a potent combination of all-wheel-drive and a powerplant built using a Group B Quattro S1 engine block, the Audi secured both the 1986 and 1987 championship wins with Xavier Lapeyre and Marc Sourd behind the wheel, respectively.
Between 1996 and 2004 (when the current owner acquired it), the car also competed in the French Circuit Cup. Under current ownership, the Audi frequently participated in various vintage racing events.
According to the seller, the engine was rebuilt in 2016, and the rest of the car is largely presented in its original specifications.
Find this 1986 Audi 200 Super Production for auction from Aguttes, with an estimated value of €200,000-€250,000 (approximately $230,000-$290,000 USD).
