This 2020 Shelby GT350–all 526 horsepower–carried a sticker price of $66,950. Standard equipment included Brembo brakes, punched-out fenders and that famed flat-plane crankshaft.
These late-model Shelby GT350 and GT350R Mustangs have been trading around $50,000 lately. Both cars received the same driveline although the GT350R added in stiffer suspension plus coolers for the differential, transmission and engine oil. Then there were GT350R’s carbon fiber wheels, billed as a first for a production car.
Despite these extras, the GT350R was still a $50,000 or so car–just like the regular GT350. But earlier this month, Cars & Bids got $136,000 for a 1300-mile Mustang Shelby GT350R.
The online auction house is now offering a Mustang Shelby GT350–not an R-model but one wearing those iconic Shelby colors–that has only covered 4200 miles to date.
Do we think that it will also cross the six-figure mark?
