If you blink out, called microsleep*, pull over, sleep for a while. I want you there safe!

* Microsleep is your body telling you its about to shutdown WITHOUT your consent. The only way to avoid it is to sleep. 3 am to 5 am is the most critical time.

yup, had to stop and rest a few times. not really sleeping but just taking a break from the constant need to focus, lean the seat back and close my eyes for a few minutes...then walk around a bit, use the restroom...

Couldn't go back to sleep. 4 something this morning.
