It is at adult specs as far as running in the KWA. At least it was the last time I checked. You may or may not need a seat to fit you and there is ballast weights behind the seat that may or may not need adjusted.
To run in the Yamaha class, you just need to meet the weight limit and change out the can muffler for a pipe. And like I said, I have two or three of them. They didn't require body work the last time I checked, but if they do then you need to install that. Not really a lot of work.
Where are you located? I might be able to meet you somewhere inbetween, depending on the distance. I'm at pretty much my bottom end on the price, so I don't want to blow $100 on gas, but maybe we can work something out.
