Looking for a good 1.6 Miata engine

Picked up a Miata that's lost all compression, looking for a good used motor to go in it, possibly header, lightened flywheel, any other goodies you might have laying around. I'm hoping to trade my '87 RX-7 Turbo TII, not running, if anyone is interested, kind of broke at the moment.

where are you located?

lol I am in Wisconsin, and have many 1.6 engines for sale, and a 1.8 or 2 as well. But I think the Geography isnt going to make that a viable but for you.

I have a 40k motor and trans missing the tb and iacv for $150 if you'd like it. Hasn't been run in a while and is just sitting around.

Are you seriously looking for a straight trade--1.6 for a non-running Turbo FC? I have a spare 1.6 that could work for you--could you forward pix of the RX7? Also, how quickly are you looking to make this happen, as I'm in Ohio, and would have to arrange some time to get southbound. . .

Any part or combination thereof works for me. I'm not in any great hurry, would like it soon enough that I can get the car going for the April TT event at Talladega Grand Prix, but I'm flexible.
