That's really cool that there's an ECU tuning option now, I always thought these were cool cars but assumed there was almost no aftermarket support. To help overcome the non power steering increased effort, you might consider a larger diameter steering wheel for more leverage, but the wheel you have is probably too cool to swap out. Also I'm not sure what your alignment specs are but if you want the car to rotate easily, you can run a little toe out in the rear. Although obviously this can make the car pretty twitchy and a handful on a wet track. I'd also probably not want to drive it that way on the street. It's probably just a matter of getting used to the new setup. Glad you updated!
