5 speed manual. Too rusty to save, I think. Some of the suspension mounting points are becoming flexible. 5 digit odo says 57k miles. I assume it’s rolled over at least once. Runs, shifts, moves, stops. At least it did last spring. Bring a trailer for sure.
4 door Escort GT, basically. Mazda 1.8 dohc engine, four wheel disc brakes, bigger sway bar, etc. The interior is actually in pretty good shape. The seats are surprisingly comfy.
I was going to use the guts from this to build something cool but it’s probably time to admit that I just don’t have the time for another big project. Aka I we had a baby and I got distracted by other stuff.
Assume everything underneath is crusty.
I have a title but don’t think I ever transferred it to my name. I can try to do that if needed.

It fired up with a jump and drove around to the front. 3/4 tires are hopelessly flat.
The reason I never really drove it:
Too bad, it would have made a great little winter beater. I’m sure it was for someone at one point.

I mean it's a BG with a BP. That's a fantastic starting point. I have a rust free straight protege LX body (needs paint as the factory paint was knocked down) drivetrain and rear brakes were pulled for a swap into a 323, as were the power sideview mirrors. I have a title. If that could be gotten to the OP from Maryland, I'd be game.
