Can confirm, I got a set from Coker a year or two ago and they were made in Russia. I have heard through another automotive group that production has been moved, although I forget where.
I very much like them and would recommend them to anyone who can get their hands on a set. They're a great match to a fun street NA Miata, just enough grip to wake up the chassis while still allowing some slip angles at reasonable speeds.
I found the reference, the claim is that production has been moved to the Czech Republic factory. The source was apparently Coker.
