So what you are asking for is a Fiesta sized RWD car
There is a huge middle ground between the current mustang and fiesta, size wise. I believe you can find what you just did listed under 'false dichotomy fallacy'.
He did say 80%.
voodoo at their disposal to shrink the 'stang to 80% of it's current size and still fit 350lb drivers
The Mustang is 189x74 (not mirrors) with a WB of 107x63.
80% of that is 151x59, with wheels 86x51
The Fiesta is actually bigger- 173x68 with the wheels 98x57.
So a Mustang at 80% is quite a bit smaller than a Fiesta. (Source, Ford.com)
I doubt 2015 will get a SVO model since the new body style will probably sell very well without a special edition to help build excitement. The SVO would probably come a few years later, much like the Bullitts and Boss 302s did with the current Mustangs.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if they replaced the V6 with a turbo 4 though. The Mustang was available with a turbo 4 in 1979, long before the SVO came out, so they could just claim they're following their heritage by offering the Ecoboost as a non-SVO and then offering the SVO a few years later. Hopefully this turbo-4 has better reliability than the original (non-SVO) engine.

SVO = 2 door Interceptor?
i don't see the point of a "svo" 4 cylinder mustang unless it's a light car and I don't picture that happening.
