The one static picture doesn't show a complete hub but is that 8 bolts?
What would the lug pattern have to do with the drivetrain? Never mind the inability to measure the pattern from one not so hot picture...
Whispers on the internet seem to suggest a Toyota Hilux 4WD system has been adapted. (Definitely a Chevy engine, though.)
interesting.. how did they get what is obviously a 4x4 (not an awd) system to handle well enough to do a hill climb?

Yeah, because Toyota and Nissan 4wds never used that exact same six lug pattern or anything

I didn't really want to start a fight.
dang i mustve been really excited, i left out the "probably", it would make sense to use chevrolet drivetrain for a chevrolet motor, i know they make adapters for everything under the sun...
i have also seen 4wd drag truck n such, like actual dedicated drag trucks...
