So, I have to rebuild a couple of hvac boxes in my truck, my daughter's, and the miata soon. All have the foam blowing like funky ass snow out of the vents, amd not sealing between modes, etc.
Ive found some stuff specifically for this, but its expensive.
Is there a grm solution here? Cheap/free? Better option to buy in a large sheet and cut what I need, etc?

He used the foam weatherstripping on some of his doors.
Mine looks like it had giant sheets of foam covering the whole door.
