I realized I never updated this thread. The problem ended up being a dead battery (12V but only 120 amps) and rotted battery cables. Replaced those, changed the oil, and found a set of 17's for it. Here's the intro video with a walk-around, start up, and proving the rear window works!

That thing is super sweet for $500.
It's time to get the Bronco ready to sell. I've put quite a bit into it, including 17" wheels and tires, a battery, and now a tune-up, plus all of the title/license plate/registration jazz. It's been a great truck, I just realistically don't have a use for it now that's stopped snowing all the time.
