FWIW with struts and FWD the 2.2-2.5hz thing may be a little light based on some other successful FWD setups.

Possibly, but have we established what the OP is doing with the car before jumping right into nationals level autocross setups?
Well that's some important info then. I didn't read hard enough into the "banked corner" part the first time.
FWIW a national 2 driver did a time attack yesterday with 700/600 rear, running TWO heavy rear sway bars, no front bar, and loved it FWIW.

Tire spring rates will technically bring down the frequency too. That's a bit more interesting to calculate.
