I remember lusting after that car at Nationals in 97. I take it your the new owner? Is it still DSP spec? I used to race an ITC Fiesta in road racing, pain and pleasure in not equal measures!!
Yes, I'm the car's current keeper. ;-)
It's still virtually identical to how it ran in 1997... completely DSP legal.
Since the car is really not competitive in the class any longer (and never would be with me driving) and I prefer track days to autocross, I'm planning on upgrading a few things (starting with some XR2 brakes... and if i could find a nice inexpensive XR2 big valve head....)
This is the current state of my race car. That flat plastic air damn has got to go but it worked in a pinch.
Back from the dead thread for this dose of pure evil. Better hide the childrens:

Front wheels need more offset though.
yes, more offset. I'm not to big on the Chevy style hood bulge in this case either. The tilt front clip is hugely awesome!
I don't know how you can have a thread about box flares and not include a Jeep! haha
Ok a little Jeep love!

I was thinking the same. This was about the biggest set of flares offered on a production car in recent memory.
This one has been pumped up a bit.

Wow, someone flared a flared Starion. I think the Hooniverse is on the verge of imploding. Soon will come the reckoning, first will come the ninjas, followed by their guitars and finally there will be BACON! Tonight we dine in hell! With BACON!
