Not sure if I have the terminology right. Basically I want to be able to inflate a tire without the valve stem in place - I find the increased airflow helps to seat the bead easier when installing tires.

I also want the chuck to either clamp on or preferably screw on to the valve stem so I can keep my hands free to help manipulate the wheel and tire to get the bead seated.

Any recommendations?

I assume you mean without the valve core installed in the valve stem?

The way I seat a bead is to take out the valve core and then screw on my air gun attachment:

Then I plug in the air line and press the lever.  If I need to hold the tire to the rim, I'll put some Velcro or a zip tie around the lever for hands-free operation.

Any tire machine chuck will do what you want.

This is what I like, silly expensive so you can't drop the hose when you are done with it or the body cracks.

On car tires it's not as big a deal but I work on semis and the 100-110 psi makes it a bigger deal.

Luckily I think that's probably overkill for me
