181k around here would buy my backyard shed, and maybe part of my daughter's playset....
damn I hate people who live places that are affordable, thus leaving more money to buy cars/car parts with :(

South Florida has gotten fairly cheap, and Port St. Lucie, a bit farther north, is bargain city. Just bring your own business with you. No rusty cars, either.
This is definitely the place.

You can see the Pantera sitting in front of the garage.
Does anyone know what happened to it?

Wow, three and a half years huh?
Oh well. Yup, that's the place and last time I went by it was still there. Nothing seems to have been done to the house. I don't think that the car, or the driveway, are visible from the road. Everything is completely overgrown.
Wow, so someone paid 181000 and is just letting it sit? Crazy much?

And people wonder why I live ~50 miles in PA from where I work in NJ.
Yeah... I was wondering about the "pay $181K and let it sit" issue as well... chances are the property is still stinking from legal issues.
So I guess the buyer never got back to you on your offer to buy all the vehicles?
Woody,
Do you think that you could go by and get the VIN # off of it for the DeTomaso Registry? It will be stamped on the top of the pedal box if you lift up the front hood. Maybe some updated pics?
Thanks,
Ron

Might have bought it, sold it to the bank for 190k, and let THEM sit on it for 3 years. That seems plausible.

As this house is close to me as well, I did the slow drive-by yesterday. House still falling apart, driveway is almost nonexistent, white Pantera still in driveway.
Shame, as it looks to have been a decent house in a nice, woody area.

Doesn't seem like it would be to hard to track the current owner down to see if he'd like to sell the cars/bikes now.
I wondered if Woody ever got to shoot the E36 M3 with the owner and all those guns?

I wondered if he abandoned the idea to keep from getting shot.
In reply to OHSCrifle:
This seems likely.
You missed the tongue in cheek reference to 17 guns covered in dog E36 M3.

Oh, I got it. Dying by pooh encrusted .38 slug to the chest is perhaps the most horrifying thing I can imagine, second only to the prospect of enduring conversation with a man who owns 17 crap encased firearms.
