Depends upon what condition you want to receive the door. I wouldn't want to rely on the driver taking extra precautions

Bumper is getting picked up today by Slippery. Let me talk to him and see what he wants to do. This bumper is fiberglass and will need to be handled somewhat gently, that's my only concern...

Completely understand. My experience with all the driver's I've used, because I did my due diligence on them, has been really good. They've been careful and considerate. It may even be likely, because most drive crew cabs, that they'd store it inside. I've just never shipped parts before.

Awesome. I'd love for this to actually work as there isn't a reasonable way to ship large parts now. I paid a ton to get a used Range Rover cargo floor from Colorado. And had to drive into Baltimore. Having spoken with the drivers I've used, they're always looking for additional income. This would be great for them as well.

I like to buy cars at salvage auctions, or other random auctions. Often there is a specific time frame that they need to be picked up from the auction. Sometimes 5 days or less. Is this something you would be able to handle?
Also would you be able to do non-running cars from auctions?
Hi Doc,
I tried PM'ing you this question recently, but I don't think I've posted enough to have PM'ing privileges(?).
I'm shopping for used Bolts and the year/color/option combination I want is not available close to home. However, I've found a few at dealerships around the country. So for budgeting purposes I'd like quotes to have one shipped to me in zip code 10570 from the following zip codes: 15012, 48313, and 54401.
Again, this is for budgeting purposes only for now. I'm trying to figure out how much extra it might cost me to get the color I want.
Much appreciated.
Doc I know you're in the middle of moving from the east coast to Hawaii but are you still brokering auto transports? I have a Yukon XL I'm looking to have shipped early next month from southern Wisconsin to Savannah, GA area.
Not hijacking, just want to give an alternative if Doc isn't available. I've used A&M Transport for at least 30-40 cars over the past several years and I know other GRM folks have used her too. The contact is Michelle at 864-395-9277. You can call or text her. I have no skin in the game, I'm not related to her or know her personally. She's just gotten results for me time and again. Just tell her your from GRM and she'll know.
You'll need to log in to post.
