Cars-wise, that is. Currently for me, it's hot hatches.
This Alfa Sud popped up for sale just now. Absolutely freakin' mint, but a bit more than I can afford at the moment.

I've also been emailing a guy about this much scruffier example. Dirt cheap and running well, but rusty in places that scare me slightly. Probably a no go.

In addition to Suds, I'm looking out for a Peugeot 205 GTi, or a Suzuki Swift GTi. The idea would be to have a fun semi-daily driver/hill-climb & Auto-X'er.
Car that will make it through the winter without leaving me stranded, changing a half-shaft in mid-Feb, or collapse its rear suspension after a snow storm.
A hot hatch for me, too. Future Fiesta SVT, which if it comes through as promised, might be my next car.
MX3s...
They're delicious, and i want one.
I will also accept an NX2000.
small trucks with a low stance, one seat, and a boosted mill under the hood.
Also, an AWD turbo6 under the hood of a '02 Lincoln LS...yum

A friend of mine e-mailed me to say that he is arranging a media day at Laguna Seca next month for the Caddy CTS-V Wagon.
That is on my mind right now.

So ... what autocross class would that be?
Honestly, right now I'm thinking Saturn. Specifically, how can a free-turning power steering pump rip itself loose from its mounts, shearing bolts and breaking out a chunk of the head in the process?
Oh, and whether Pontiac Grand Am bucket seats would work in my Valiant. Why? 'Cuz they're free.

Hot hatches like you, and CRX si's in particular. I had the unfortunate timing to by a gas guzzling truck 2 weeks before my company took back my company car and gas card, so now I'm looking for something cheap, economical and fun to drive, which = hot hatches. BTW, what do they want for that Alpha? Just curious.

I haven't stopped thinking about the Sonett that I'm winning eBay. My current one isn't worth saving, and the 'new' one is rust free. I looked at it on my way into work this morning and it has some excellent potential.
My current one, aka the donor:

The one I'm winning on the 'bay:

Putting a zetec in my '77 Capri. Possibly with the SR4 4 speed, megasquirt, turbo, and ITBs or just mix and match. And as always a Locost with a zetec, mustang II spindles and axle, and megasquirted.

Since the zombie threads took hold the bacon threads have gone way down. Bacon was a GRM staple as far as thread content goes.
Ford Farimont in any body style except Futura 2-door (and really, even one of them would do). (Thanks to the "Guess the best 2wd rall car" thread)
And
The Hobby Stock circle track car that I own as of late...

Thinking about what I can start doing once I get the Miata fixed. I'm particularly dreaming about a hardtop for winter. Followed by a roll bar.
So not a car but its what I have been fixated one. Couple more car part sales and I can start ordering the frame and find a salvage EVO to cut apart.
