Need to know what the Hive thinks. I may have already impulsively bought a MaxxECU Sport for cheap lol. Thinking I'd get my 190e from kejet to better efi.

The good thing about the Maxx is the number of pins it has. So you can input multi cylinders or various features.
The bad thing ( second hand Information). Is it is not as operator friendly as the Mega squirt or Holley systems.
When I called around about chassis Dyno operators one told me he wouldn't work with the Maxx and another warned me to bring the car running and that working with the Maxx was slow going.
I have not used one, but I have heard good things. Hope this helps. https://m.youtube.com/@AndyWhittle_HowEFIworks/videos

This was helpful thanks! Looks like I made the right move. Might buy a MaxxECU Race for a future project based on the review in the link Robbie posted.
I'm a big fan of MaxxECUs for club and street stuff (I wouldn't be surprised if I'd endorse it for full race builds as well, however my current clients are all enamored by name recognition with Motec and to a lesser extent Emtron).
I would think whoever says that the interface is slow going or difficult to work with doesn't seem to be very adept at vehicle integration and tuning.
