I looked it up, there's two half-height slots available. One for a video card and another for a wireless card.
Yeah, I looked it up to before recommending the card I did. Specifically, there's one PCIe x16 and one PCIe x1.
I just realized that I did not update this thread and some of you offered additional help. Sorry for being a jerk...
I wound up hooking the ancient monitor to the VGA output and one of the new monitors to the HDMI output from the computer. This was the best video quality I could get without spending any more $. I did some research and the power supply is only 180 watts so I'm concerned about adding a video card and then needing a bigger power supply, etc. and then I spent $300+ on a $300 crappy computer, but after a couple of weeks looking at the old monitor it's getting annoying with the difference in visual quality and screen size. I was thinking of just building a new computer, but spent $750 on a root canal Tuesday so that great idea just went sideways...
In reply to Stefan (Forum Supporter) : I have a yahoo email so I can't send or receive PM's through the forum...what would be needed to install that video card you mentioned but said you could not find the low profile piece for?

In reply to secretariata (Forum Supporter) :
email me at: swedeis at the googles
I'll see if I can find the plate. Worst case you can cut the plate to shorten it and then maybe JB weld/ziptie it together.
If I had a low profile system still I'd probably try to do it before I sent it out.
Its just there mostly to keep it from flopping side to side.
Its a pretty efficient card and shouldn't stress your power supply.
In reply to Stefan (Forum Supporter) :
Email sent. Thanks, let me know if I can pay you back somehow. :)
email replied. Package labeled and ready to ship.
Its a $20 card with $8 shipping. I'm not worried about it.
In reply to Stefan (Forum Supporter) :
Package arrived today. I will probably wait until Saturday to install as I need it working tomorrow & will probably attend the GRM virtual thingy tomorrow evening.
Thanks again!
