Well that sure beats a van down by the river. Congrats!
Congratulations on the new place mate. It so much potential, the wait was worth it.
Meanwhile, It amazes me that you guys can buy houses on good sized lots in built up areas for less the 100k. A place like that in Sydney would run you 5-10 times that depending on the suburb.
Very cool Curtis, having your own place is awesome!
(And not to be a buzz killington but my mortgage on a $105K house is $670 a month. Insurance and taxes account for something like half of that. So even paid off it'll cost $300 ish a month to keep my house)
Well done! Still coming to grips with the idea of any kind of detached house that doesn't cost six digits with a "4" or a "5" at the beginning. That one looks thoroughly decent too.
Good call on the Buddha.

Gotta watch out with Curtis, you might get exactly what you ask for

House-warming presents for Curtis!
I've got a SR20 head with a dropped exhaust valve that's good for nothing but yard art, consider it a housewarming gift Congratulations!
Nice score, looks like a good combo of reasonable size house and decent size garage. Good luck with all the inspections/appraisals. Start packing...
Very cool, lots of potential! Agree with the porch, you front lawn looks like an 1/8 mile drag strip.

He can start with that York compressor.
Since Curtis has already given us the address, I'm pretty sure all of us can start assisting him with lawn art!
Bravo!

Yeah, but don't you live in one the top 10 highest cost of living areas in 'Merica?
We pay about $2200/year for taxes & insurance on our place, so less than $200/month...
