The Speedway nearest the garage I am leasing to house most of my cars (twice as far away from my home as where I work, the reason I theoretically need a car in the first place) no longer stocks my favorite microwave burrito, so I have to go to a different Speedway five minutes out of my way.

My bag of chips tore down the side when I opened it, so I cant shut it properly with a clothes pin.
The solution is another first world thing... finish the bag! An 18oz bag of chips is a single serving in the USA.
That brings up another one. For living in the fattest country in history, it sure is hard finding shirts that fit well in a 3x, or pants over a 40 waist.

Looks like your giraffe is ready.

It's been my experience that alcohol is an excellent cure for mild discomfort.
Unless it burns when you pee, then do what your doctor tells you to.
I need to get rid of a Jaguar and a Mercedes to buy another Mercedes and I still won't have room for a Porsche.
I went out to work in the garage tonight, and it was pretty cold. So I started the heater and came back inside for a bit to let it warm up.
I'm in lake tahoe. It's 6:30 am. I can't sleep.

Do not ignore their advice. My wife did, and she spent a solid day puking. To this day, years and years later, she can't drink Hendicks gin, and says it tastes "like a hangover." Not that I think Hendricks is an enormous loss.

The pharmacist used the phrase "projectile vomiting". I'm not drinking anything stronger than tonic water with lime for a couple more days.
I lost the discount coupon I had for airport parking while I'm in Montego Bay for 5 days. It's going to cost me an extra $11 bucks.

My parents newly purchased vacation home’s renovations are going slower than expected, meaning we won’t be able to stay in it until mid April.
The marina in the town doesn’t open until May 15, meaning that the trip we have planned for the 6th will require us to either use the boat ramp a bunch of times, or wade in super cold water every day to use dads new boat.
Try as I might, I cannot make a kegerator make financial sense.
I was going to get up and do something, but I have a cat curled up in my lap, and I don't want to disturb him.

If you are still working at the brewery, that has to be difficult...

Not at the moment. I've been doing part time at another brewery. Not in a position where I have to taste for quality control. In the process of putting something new together with another team. I'm hoping to have some news on that soon to share (fingers crossed), but am constrained by an NDA from giving any details for now.
My Orlando vacation sucked.
My garage was below 60 degrees the other day.

First world problems indeed!
I did a Disney Cruise out of Port Canaveral, that was great. SWMBO wanted to also do Orlando stuff, against my better judgement I went along with changes to the plan late in the game. When I'm in Orlando, I only want be on Disney property, even if it's thier bottom end rooming, I'd prefer to not know Orlando is anything other than an airport. I couldn't make that happen in my budget on short notice.
Her favorite dinner theater was out of business, the hotel was horrible, I got succered into a time share sales pitch for discount park tickets that was many orders of magnitude more hard sale obnoxious and pushy than others I've been through in the past (of course I didn't buy it, but it would almost have worth it to get out of that hotel since they offered immediate occupancy ).
I'm glad I didn't sit in the splash zone at SeaWorld, because Shamu pooped while he was splashing everyone
Edit: actually that was priceless.

This is my favorite - Speedway is always a freakshow by work as it is the only store near a large industrial park - it's amazing how many guys are in line on Friday at lunch time buying two half quart cans of beer.
Today, the gas pump clicked off at $20.99 and 10.000 gallons. I was conflicted to say the least. Reminded me of this:
Gas went up from $4.15 a gallon for regular to $4.38 overnight.

Whats 94 cents a liter? $4.20 per real gallon. A little under $4 per pretend gallon. Thats what it is here.
