We need that to happen to all of these "Common Wealth" states like Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, etc. Let's tax the ever living crap out of your income and possessions to the point that your income that would have you doing well in a state like Florida or Texas has you just above the poverty line.
Anyways I can see this getting a little out of hand when it comes to domestic disputes. "My husband said he's gonna beat me, he's a terrorizer!"
