I liked the dead pan delivery of it. It had shades of Chris Farley in it.

I was going to go on a diatribe about what kind of limp wristed Bob Costas would take offence to this but thought better of it.

So, where does that put us French Canadian men, since we are the the ones that marry the most French Canadian girls?

On a related note, you don't know crazy until you've married a half French Canadian, half Scottish red head. That was my ex-wife.

Nevermind, I just realized I answered my own question.

I was not offended by the video. I am, however, extremely offended that people are saying they were offended by the video.

The series that video is from is normally about guns, so I wouldn't say having a gun on him at that point says anything about his sanity.

Ant' nothin' wrong with open carry. But he went over that. There is no crazy on the male scale. Unless he is a tranny...

Yeah, I can see how some sheltered dudes who may have never encountered (let alone become involved with) crazy in their lives might not see the humor.

I couldn't love GRM the magazine or the website more, and believe me, I don't like to be the P.C police or anything or the guy who has a problem with everything thing, but I do have a problem with this... I find it a bit offensive that you use terms like “strippers" and "redheads" and "girls named Tiffany" for your little hot/crazy scale or whatever in the discussions. I myself am not a French Canadian, but I feel sensitivity for people with who are, as I am a student living among them, and my girlfriend is pursuing her masters in the field. This "unicorn" thing you speak of, although I'm pretty sure is not even a real trait, is obviously meant to resemble the words used to describe people with a sex change, and it appears that you are using it on this board in a joking sense which, as I view it, makes light of people enjoy the company of trannys.

Well, I figure on Wednesdays you're out shopping and having buttered scones for tea.

(Put me in the camp of "just not that funny". It was all pretty cliche. The only line I chuckled at in either video was "Ryan Gosling".)

THAT'S how someone that's offended by something like that SHOULD react … there are lots of posts that I find either offensive, inappropriate … etc… I just click off them … problem solved

Well, the general consensus at my office is, funny.

The girl version, sort of funny. Content was good but the delivery seemed forced. It didn't flow as well as the guys version.

The lumberjack song was just stupid, but I never have liked Monty Python.

The red pill, in the bs "men's rights" sense not the Matrix sense, certainly does instantly make you a misogynist.

The male/female dynamic is like any other human/human dynamic. Making it anything else is both a) overcomplicating things, and b) dehumanizing to both parties.
