I'll just wait 20-30 years and pick one up for $500, found half-sticking out of a barn that ran when parked (but you just KNOW that the water pump died and the dumbass kept driving it until the engine locked up solid)

Harry Winston commissions a watchmaker to make the Opus series of watches and each is more amazing than the previous.
One of those things that would definitely hit my list if I won the lottery. If you like that, check out the Urwerk UR1001. Not even a watch in the usual sense, more of a "Hey look how much money I have!" medallion. Counts years up to a thousand (why? why not!) with an automatic mechanical movement.
