You are, and always will be my brother.
may the lord bless you and keep you and may you know that your dear jodi is in the lord's embrace watching over you ....peace out
Thank you everyone, it means more to me than you'll ever know to have do many people that care. Through ever That has gone on having so much support has made it more manageable. I meant to respond sooner but things got a little hectic. Friday was a pretty nice day, I went up and spent most of it with Jodi's mom. I can't say that it's necessarily easy but these milestones have become more manageable.
Saturday ended up being another 12 hour work day in the rain so by the time I got home I crashed. I slept in yesterday then went to Long Island to visit my family. I seem to have caught something along the way and have been coughing nonstop since. Today I went to the doctor and am just hanging around resting.
I just wanted Wally to know that Jodi is still in our thoughts, and even though I am happy for his newer adventures, I am sorry it had to happen as it did. Never forget Jodi's Peach :)

Thank you Steve. Today wasn't too bad, for lack of a better word it was easier than years past. Aside from a couple texts from my brother, mom, and mother in law I really didn't hear from anyone other than a couple facebook posts, and my mother in law is away for the week and she is normally the only other person that would have gone to the cemetery today so I was on my own. It was a beautiful day and I took off from work so I picked up my girlfriend and brought flowers up to the cemetery, and went for a nice dinner while we were up there.

I hope bringing it up is a positive thing vs not, as it's meant as a "we have not forgotten, and we are here if needed". Melissa going with you Today just shows even more that she's good people, and the right fit for you.

I read appreciate it. So many of you have been like family and have been helping us with advice and support since Jodi's health started turning, and we wouldn't not have had as many happy times together with being able to pick everyone's brains here. From buying and repairing our house to questioning doctors rehabbing after injuries and procedures there's not much that couldn't get answered by someone here. You all are the best group of people I've ever met.
