Dangit, I woke at 7 in the morning because I had an appointment for 8:20. I wake up, shower, call them, they are closed. Guess I'll go back to sleep. Fair bit of snow here though, and its pretty chilly outside.

Alphabetically or chronologically? And If you want to wear the an Argyle sweater do you have to remember that you bought it for someone in the fall of 1983 pile, but didn't give it to them for personal reasons?
I couldn't get in my car this morning. Doors were frozen shut and it was blocking my truck so the wife had to give me a ride to work.
Raining like hell here in NJ, which is melting most of the snow from last Th-Fr. I'm just hoping it stops and we get an hour or two of sun & wind to dry the roads off before the impending freeze. It's supposed to drop about 50 deg in less than 24 hrs. If the roads don't dry off the drive home will be treacherous.

I am flying out to Florida tomorrow (so I can rent a truck and drag all my father s crap back up to NJ on wed.. so I am hoping I can get into the air after all this
I went out to the grocery store this morning. It had dropped down to 59F by the time I got back. It is supposed to get down below 20F tonight though. A few days ago I realized that I should've drained the casing of my well pump (only used for irrigation, city water is my 'real' water supply as it froze and cracked.
I will be up in MN this week, but will be missing the crazy cold that they are having now.
It was 48F this AM, raining like hell. It is supposed to be -4 tonight and the high tomorrow is 4F.
I expect shrinkage.

Haha I didn't even remember that. One I've the more obscure quotes, that's for sure. I'm gonna have to rewatch BOD now.
Gee, I'm really sorry your mom blew up Ricky. I guess she won't be eating spicy food for a while.
Stayed home today, even through Lowe's is a FEMA stire and stayed open. Im not driving in this crap. -2 deg, feels like -40 with the wind(no it doesnt, i've walked around in -40 degree temps in Wyoming, this feels like hell), and at least a foot ov snoe on the driveway. The sun thats shining is a lie.

Your father picked a hell of a time to move from FL back up north...
I was just out, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't pleasant either. Apparently salt doesn't work when it's this cold, so people are sliding all over. Also, I saw a kid with only a hoody and a dude with no hat walking around. Seems ill advised.
My office is right next to a Ford dealer's body shop.
They are running out of room to park wrecked cars.
my truck said it was balls cold this morning. i had to use my torch to thaw all the latch and hinge points on my trailer so i could get the tools out to go to work. doors were frozen shut big time. on the road at 2pm, bright sun shining, truck said -4. screw that. 25mph wind, etc... i just filled up the 125k btu torpedo in the garage and came inside to let it warm up. house was 55 inside, trying to save my last 15 gallons of oil to make it through the next couple days. just kicked the furnace on to get it warm, then going to start a fire in the wood furnace to keep it that way and turn the oil off.
They sent out a message that we can wear warm clothes instead of our uniforms tomorrow. In 14 years they've never said that. Hopefully it goes better than last weeks cold weather. You would think canadian buses would be good in the cold weather since they were awful in the heat. So far they haven't been

Funny you should mention that. I friend worked at his father's body shop. The two fairly mild winters prior to this one essentially put them out of business.
