I used to play violin. I also liked to plink around on electric bass. Trust me, the world is better off that I stopped.
BTBFTD because the week off may not actually get to be a week off, because the week off was due to the business owners (who also run the day-to-day) were going on a cruise that week, and with nobody to run the show, their only option was to close down for that week. But with the recent viral unpleasantness, the cruise may not happen and the week off may not happen.
Current plans for the week were to put framerail reinforcements and a new clutch and trans in the rallycross RX-7, as well as clean out the fuel system and replace the high pressure fuel pump, and then pull the head off of the Volvo and replace its failed headgasket.

Then again, they may have to shut down indefinitely due to the virus and the week off may become several weeks off! 
The cruise was canceled but the shop will still be closed for the week.

I am adding up all the things I want done and it looks like I will start on Friday after work, and work for nine days straight, and be happy when work resumes so I can get some rest
I have commenced work on an epic novel. Working title is "Love in the Time of Coronavirus," borrowing from Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
The Governor has announced that Ohioans must shelter-in-place until the 6th, and my week off starts tomorrow.
Well, E36 M3.
I mean, I guess I COULD go in to work to work on my car, since I will technically be around fewer people than if I stayed at home.
At least I'll potentially be getting paid for one of these weeks.
Sadly I do not have a piano, or a cat. I do have a pound or so of Polish kielbasa and two pounds of potatoes.
