Yay or nay?

Whole thing is scuttled.
The sad part is that I met one of the students yesterday. He's one of our interns at the theater from the school for this semester, and he's taking the class I was to teach and is graduating in May. Disabled Marine veteran. He's an adult student who is getting a degree in Film Editing. I hope for the sake of the students, they get their crap together and hire someone, or there will be 12 students who can't graduate on schedule.
Sorry to hear a new, possibly better, opportunity did not work out.
Glad to know you still have a job you like that pays your bills.
Bummer but okay. Tough for the students. Karma is a bitch for the admin... Treat people fairly and they'll run through walls for you.

If there is a silver lining to this it would be that you have admitted to yourself that you want a change.
Thanks, all.
I really was looking forward to it. For all the anxiety it was causing I think it would have been a brilliant career move.
I know I'm late to the party, but that sucks how it turned out. By the way, it took me forever to find this thread. I clicked on your profile to see if I could find out whatever happened with it in your old posts and was at first very confused at your signature line up there in the top right
