Car Catcher: One of the Last Ferraris Equipped With a Manual Transmission

One of the most iconic features of a Ferrari used to be the gated manual transmission. Modern Ferraris have since done away with manual transmissions in favor of lightning-fast, dual-clutch units.

Despite that, Ferraris could still be had with manuals up until the mid-2000s. That makes this stick shift 2005 Ferrari 612 Scaglietti one of the last of its kind, and is said to be one of only 199 examples not equipped with the F1A electrohydraulic transmission.

Powered by 5.7-liter V12 reported being capable of 533 horsepower, this 612 comes finished with a black exterior over a black and red interior.

Also on the inside is a six-speed, gated manual transmission that is flanked on both sides by a set of black Daytona seats with red contrast stitching.
