Although most Ferrari 308s left the factory with steel bodies, the very first run of cars actually came off the assembly line wearing fiberglass bodies–weighing in at over 300 pounds less than the steel-bodied examples.
This 1976 Ferrari 308 GTB is one of those rare, early fiberglass “Vetroresina” cars, though is noted as being exceptionally rare as it is said to be one of only 100 examples built to U.S. specification.
Currently showing 7485 miles since new and backed by a Ferrari Classiche, this 308 GTB comes accompanied by its original invoice, manuals, tools and more.
