The Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta, also known as the “Tour de France” (a name that lives on in the recent Ferrari 512tdf) after back-to-back wins in the famed 10-day race, was produced from 1956 to 1959.
This 1958 Ferrari 250 GT Tour de France is one of only 77 ever built, and is noted for having an extensive motorsports history, including a first overall win at Monza in 1958, as well as competing in several hillclimbs across Europe and Africa.
The seller also points out that the Ferrari features a “stunning and painstaking Ferrari Classiche restoration,” which certified that the car retained its numbers-matching chassis, suspension, brakes, gearbox and wheels.
