The 300 SL has become one of the most recognizable Mercedes-Benz ever. The legendary coupe was arguably the world’s first ever supercar, and was one a big step for the manufacturer to rise from the ashes of World War II.
These days, a 300 SL can easily fetch seven-digit prices. Extremely good examples can surpass the two million dollar mark, according to Hagerty’s classic car valuation tool.
It’s a treat to see just one of these around. And now Bonhams is planning on auctioning off four of them during their single-make Mercedes Benz auction on March 28, at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany. On average the four cars being offered are estimated to be worth 1.3 million dollars a piece. Which one would you choose?
